[ARC5] Economizing receiver FP space

Until I can locate some proper ft-260A local control modules, I wanted to have more or less the same functionality working with my pre-hacked front panel modules.The simplest solution was using a center-off three position DPDT mini-toggle which gives me the AM OFF CW ( including power like the original setup). I don't necessarily want to run all three radios in the rack at the same time, so I needed a power switch option. If I flip it from cw through off to AM, it doesn't seem to skip a beat. I like it!
