Sure, I agree with that. However, he said he plugs the AC supply in the same
connector where the dynamotor goes. I do not remember what he may have said
about running the dynamotor by itself. 73 - Mike

Yes. I saw that, but my question is, is there some component in the
dynamotor connections which is NOT in place when the AC supply is being
used?

His symptoms are identical to those I've experienced when the HV output was
shorted.

Two others here have stated the same thing.

He needs to run the dynamotor withOUT its being in the receiver in order to
determine whether the problem is the dyanmotor or the reciever. So far, he
has not done so.
