I think Dennis' method was in an ER article. Is there an ER index on line you can search.?

Subject: [ARC5] GRC-9 low power out.
So my GRC-9 tx is experiencing a problem with low power output at all
power settings.
I think I may have brought this up before, but as a function of my
increasing age, I can't remember
if I did or not. I also can't remember or find the reference to an
article in ER that talks about the problem
and a possible involved fix. I also seem to remember that someone
(Dennis?) has another method
that does not involve opening the frequency multiplier can. The root of
the problem is a leaky cap
in the multiplier can, c110, messing up the bias on the final.
Does anyone have the info I'm miss remembering? Or is this just another
bad flash back I'm having, again.
tnx + 73
