[ARC5] ARC-5 on 20 meters

It was obviously modified.  It could have been minimal such as removing osc
and PA turns to push a T-22 from 9 to 14.  Or it could have been an
intermediate doubler stage as you suggested.

One thing I have been dying to try is to double in the PA.  The driver
transformer in the osc is fortuitously configured to facilitate that.  Of
course the PA tank would still need to be modified for 14 but the osc could
be left at 7.
