[ARC5] AC Power Supplies

There were third party modules sold alongside surplus Command receivers
that fit in place of the dynamotor. I have one that has a transformer,
selenium rectifier, and filter cap inside. HOWEVER, the transformer was
only supplying filaments. The selenium was fed directly off the AC line.
If you locate one of these power supplies, check it out first!
