[ARC5] Shipping T-22 to Australia

For whatever reason, the originating location within CONUS does not figure 
in to the postage charge.  It costs you the same amount to send a package to 
Windsor, ON from San Diego, CA as it does from Detroit, MI.  And it 
probably goes to Chicago, IL first in either case.  :-)

The $95 price assumed that you used the optimum size box and lightest 
practical packing materials.  The $123 price was with the box and weight that you 
listed, I think.
