[ARC5] T-17 goes for big bucks!

     I looked at this and went back to the original listing.  It appears 
to be an ARC-5 Transmitter, not a microphone. The price is probably 
still outrageous. If there was a microphone involved I've missed it 
somehow.  I have a T-17 mic somewhere, I think mine was made by Shure 
Brothers.  It works after a fashion. Sometimes baking the element will 
restore carbon mics but more often you need to replace the carbon.  
Fresh carbon can often be obtained from old telephone microphones but it 
doesn't always work.
