[ARC5] 12SB7

I noticed that I have two of the 12SA7 in captivity here. I didn't find 
a 12SB7 datasheet/page to compare so I stopped and did not comment. If 
it turns out that Phil can actually use the 12SA7 I have one in glass 
and one in metal. I'll run them over my tube tester (to eliminate gross 
defects) and Phil can have them for the cost of postage. I use USPS 
First Class postage For U.S. and territories) for items that small and 
light and it comes to less than the smallest Flat-Rate boxes.
