[ARC5] [multi_elmac] PMR6A

It will work for CW and SSB but The BFO runs with the noise limiter
on and there is no RF gain control meaning that optimum CW and SSB
recepton may be difficult. I think this was intended to be a sort of
minimal receiver for mobile phone operation with CW capability thrown
in. Also, the selectivity is probably marginal for CW. OTOH, plenty of
hams worked with receivers like the S-40 which had broad IF's.
There is a handbook at bama at:
http://bama.edebris.com/manuals/elmac/pmr6a/
Lots of set up information but not much about operating it.

Elmac stuff was pretty popular about when I was in junior highschool.
