[ARC5] Filament Question

All good info.  One of the biggest issues is providing a FIL xformer that can sink way more correct than the filaments require.  At turn-on, as others note, the cold filament will pull as much current as the xformer can provide.  This is especially an issue with power tubes.  I find that inrush limiters can help, especially when one can"t match the parts with the project.
