[ARC5] [Milsurplus] BC-348 PSU questions

My first thought was that it was for an oscilloscope, modulation monitor or 
something else using a CRT.  But there isn't a second filament winding for 
any other tubes.  And the voltage of the third winding seems too high for 
the rest of whatever it was in to be solid state.
