[ARC5] Smart People: 60Hz Transformers Faster

I note that the WWII version of the APR-4 ECM receiver is labeled "115 or 80 VAC 60 to 2600" 

For example, see ebay Item:  171608424316

The later APR-4Y, which I have, only runs on 400 HZ and up.  Assuming they did not put two separate transformers in that set, I assume that running 400 HZ through a 60 HZ transformer is Okay and you should not get hysterisical.
