[ARC5] Smart People: 60Hz Transformers Faster?

We all know what happens when you run a transformer
designed for 400 Hz at 60 Hz and many of us have 
seen that ashy mayhem.

But what about running a 60 Hz transformer at 400?
Saturation shouldn't be a problem, but what 
about hyste...hister... yeah those loses.

What's the opinions of smart people?
I need to build an 115 VAC 800 Hz supply
good for 300 Watts or so.  Most of you
can guess why.  Would be nice to "speed up" 
a little UPS if possible.

P.S. Has anyone had any luck getting the makers
of APC and other UPSs to mail a diagram?
