According to information on the TRW Swap Meet web site they have
made arrangements to stay at the Northrup-Grumman site for the
foreseeable future. Good news since there was some uncertainty about
this. It will continue to be on the last Saturday of the month. While
it is perhaps not what it once was its still worth going to. I have
gotten a few treasures there and it has the advantage over ebay that you
can see and feel what you are getting.

Somebody later remarked that, rain or not, you probably could not stop having it if even if you wanted to. I also recall there was a ham swap meet every weekend somewhere in southern Calif. When I missed the TRW Swap because I was working out of town one weekend I went to the one in San Diego; told my girlfriend it would be a fun trip. There, I pointed to a bunch of ARC-5's and asked her which one she wanted me to buy for her.

I went there only once after moving to Florida and I found that it had been "discovered", was bigger than ever, and was no longer just a ham event. I suspected that would kill it eventually.
