[ARC5] Some info on the S-38 and a bit of OT

One more OT, then I'll be quiet.  Best vanity plate I have ever seen was 
mounted on a sporty type car parked on a street in Anchorage, Alaska.   
The plate was normal in all respects, except that it was mounted upside 
down.  What did it say?

BLONDE

  I must have guffawed for 20 minutes.
