[ARC5] WTB : ATD Tuning Unit

The (apparently) final manual on the ATD is NAVAER 08-5Q-39 dated 4 August 
1943.  It has the same comments about the 200-540 KC and 9050-15800 KC 
Tuning Units, plus the 200-540 KC Antenna Tuning Unit is included in the 
exception (with the asterisk).  So apparently in later production, it was not 
shipped by default (and without the matching transmitter Tuning Unit).

Both manuals agree that the default fitment was one CRR-47208, one 
CRR-47209 and two CRR-47210.
