I could name a number, but one was Darleen Durhan, who was head of the Air Force Acquisition at the Pentagon during the latter part of the Clinton Admin.  She implemented a number of procurement "reforms" that mostly proved to be disastrous and the ended up in jail because she was found to be cutting a secret deal with Boeing to get hired by the company after she left government service.

We also have had a couple of Secretary of the Air Force who were female, including the current one.
