BCEG did not at least originally (there are no A's, D's or F's). All E's
were apparently modified later. And later, a lot of C's were modified to
S's. Likewise BC-224-ABCDE didn't go below 1500 KC.. Remember that the
Directive I referenced was written the Summer of 1942. At that time, only the HKL
did cover below the BCB. The E's hadn't yet been converted and the J's and
higher either hadn't been built or hadn't gotten into the supply system.
Incidentally, I haven't been able to find anything related to the E
conversions, only the Belmont conversion of the C's.
