[ARC5] BC-348 LFLMF Coverage

> Virtually all variants of the BC-348 cover the 200-500 MHz band.

The only two existing models of the BC-348-* that lack 200 to 500 kHz coverage are the -B and -C models.  Many of the -C models were later modified to provide such coverage, and became -S models afterwards.

For the BC-224-*, the -A through -D models lack such coverage.

All of the six models above are made by RCA.

Max Cotton has a DM-28-G which has a nomenclature plate that provided some contractor and contract details that are not incorporated into Ken's work for BC-348-G.
