And the COL-52286 that you have is actually part of ATC or ATC-1, not 
AN/ART-13.  For that, you have to change the nameplate and do some modifications. 
 One in good unmodified condition is not as common as the T-47/ART-13 as 
most were modified to the latter configuration.

And Jeep is certainly right about the impossibility of anyone building an 
AC supply into one, even today.  Although a little larger than a bare-bones 
ham HV supply would have been because it also had provisions for tying into a 
ships transmitter transfer switchboard network, the AC one (and the 130 VDC 
one) for the TCZ (shipboard version of the ATC) was built for the 
transmitter to sit on top of if necessary.
