[ARC5] ***POSSIBLE SPAM*** Submarine needs help

The Pampanito is still an active museum in San Francisco and the radio room
is outfitted with a small modern transceiver for special operating events.
The rest of the equipment is vintage. I have operated from the Pampanito.
