[ARC5] BC-AR-429 and RU-18 Connectors - Correction and added info

A few days ago I made an incorrect statement when I wrote:

> The connector on the earliest SCR-*-183 receivers was 7-pin, but by 1935
> an 8-pin connector became standard.

*All* 21 models of the SCR-A*-183/-283, from 1932 to 1943, have used a connector that requires the 8-pin PL-61.
