[ARC5] BC-453 Current Draw

A couple of you folks were going to plot the current draw vs B+. I would
like to suggest that a plot of a 14K resistor (the value of the screen
voltage divider chain) be included on the same graph. That would give us a
good visual representation of the percentage and absolute value of draw
that is attributed to that source. Lifting the ground end of the divider
would then be an option for those of us wishing to further reduce the
current.
