Miller made at least one other series of coils for use in receiver
front ends. They are the 5495 series. So when at swapmeets, keep an eye
out for those orange boxes.
Similar numbering scheme as the 320 coils, B-5495-A being a roughly
160-80 meter antenna coil.
Meissner also made receiver front end coils, IIRC the part numbers
were in the 14-xxxx range.
I have used some of these to build converters out of, used in front
of BC-946 family receivers and even a 52 Ford Car radio with an added BFO.
