No. The maximum voltage from the TCS transmitter dynamotor is 440 VDC 
as I remember it.

I really have ZERO idea which equipment these were associated with, but 
they ARE military: U.S. Navy to be exact.

12VDC input, 680 VDC at 210 mA output, MFP-4-45, so late WWII. I was 
three years old then.
