[ARC5] R23 repair, dynamotor mounts, questions...

Well, I just learned that the capacitor is isolated from ground
in the AN/ARC-5 as factory assembled. I assumed it was
meant to be grounded because I forgot that my one and only
receiver is the ARA CBY-46105.

Thanks for pointing that out guys. Learned something new.
