This is possibly a S_p-a m issue. If a certain number of email
recipients report S_p-a m, subsequent emails originating from the
offending server go into everyone's S_p-a m folders. In the case of
EarthLink, maybe their threshhold is very low, say 2 customers. Then
all it would take is 2 customers to mark qth.net mailouts as S_p-a m.
Those who are not receiving list posts might take a look in their
S_p-a m folders.
