Not only can you resize images but you can touch up contrast & brightness & even color-shift if your photo didn't turn out quite like you wanted. Also, most el-cheapo picture editors will allow you to add text and draw on an image, so that for example you can add an arrow and/or a label to point out a particular part within a chassis, etc., to which you wish to draw attention.
