I am a member of a few Yahoo Groups, including Vintage Military Radar, BC-348, TS-520 and Kenwood Hybrids, and Ercoupe Tech.  Some of the groups allow pictures to be attached and some do not; it's up to the Group.  They also have Group files where pictures and other files can be uploaded and accessed.

Yahoo "upgraded" to a new system a little while back, which killed access by earlier versions of Internet Explorer, but I switched to Mozilla Firefox and that fixed that problem.

A recurring problem with Yahoo is those people who elect to receive all of the posts on their mobile devices and object to being bothered by items they think are not sufficiently appropriate.  Since all my e-mail is via a PC and most is intercepted in my webmail account so I can only download what I wish, that's not a problem for me.
