[ARC5] All Good Things.....

Hi,

Never say 'never'. I am disinclined to use facebook, too. I have a
facebook account. There are some things I would like to be able to see
there. Mostly the posts of my friends and family. Even if I can find
those things facebook will not allow me to look at them but insists on
flashing a bunch of crap in my face. Therefore I call it "in your face
book". Facebook aficionados who are quite fluent in "facebookese" have
attempted to help and there has been some improvement but not enough. I
have abandoned facebook.

Assuming I could actually control what I am going to be shown..how does
this impact my privacy? How would I "reply in private" to another
facebook subscriber? Maybe some of the facebook folks can direct us to
some links that would actually help people like me. On the other hand,
if it's like taking two semesters of rocket science, I'm out. The email
lists do what I want and I already know how to use them. So..what's out
there for help? Here is the big chance for the whippersnappers to show off.

73,

Bill KU8H
