[ARC5] Tube Equivalents VT-52 VT-62

VT-52  =  45 Special
VT-62  =  801
VT-62A  =  801A

Note that I got started trying to figure out what the filament voltage on a 
45 Special was and suddenly realized I was due at a meeting near downtown.  
The 45 is 2.5 volts.  My dim recollection is that the 45 Special is 
different but I couldn't swear to it.  I can find out tomorrow if it still matters.
