[ARC5] Tube Equivalents VT-52 VT-62

According to my data, then VT-52 is a "45 Special" and the VT-62 is an 801.

Both tubes are very difficult to find. I wouldn't even want to attempt to test 
what they might go for.

However, there are also at least TWO different VT-52s, one, the 45 Special 
is selling on eBay for around $200.00 each. The Mullard version, a much 
smaller double-ended tube, is selling there for something like $50.00 on 
average.

The VT-62 appears to be (most often) an 801. Those are going for around 
$100.00 each on average.

There is also, apparently, an earlier version of the VT-62 which is a 10Y. 
Those are going on eBay for around $100/pair.

I don't know how accurate this is, though.
