[ARC5] Dielectric tape

Hi Bruce - Yep - "Kapton" is hard to beat, it's great stuff for this
application. Altho teflon pipe tape is non adhesive, it conforms well to
winding turns in small ferrite assemblies and is "good enough" for most of
my applications.  I just mentioned it because it is also cheap and readily
available.  I believe Gore Tex HV wire is insulated with this stuff.  We
used lots of it at work for up to 5KV and is works quite well (and it is
thin for hookup wire).
