[ARC5] Dielectric tape

Several years ago (5+), QST  had an ad/review of a hi-value dielectric tape that could be applied to cranky VC's in tunas to mitigate arcing in scored areas on the plates. 

Anyone recall this, and have a link? 

I have a T-network that can handle 350W SSB, but am (slowly) troubleshooting a DX-100 for use on AM. Hoping I don't have to build a new tuna to handle it once I get it running (prayers appreciated).
