Looks like ARC Type 12 or as others point out, an ARN-30 variant. The
dial goes down to below the comm band (118-136 mHz) , so is probably
used for comm and NAV (108-117.9 mHz) . ARC made probably 40 versions
of boxes to suit a myriad of possible installations.
