[ARC5] Advice requested...

      FWIW  Federal Telephone and Radio was owned by ITT the parent 
company of MacKay Radio and probably built all of these receivers. When 
old gray or black paint looks greenish it might be oxidized MFP lacquer 
especially if its somewhat blotchy.
