[ARC5] [Milsurplus] Cleaning fine crackle paint

Reading intently.....However, dumb question: Why "wrinkle" paint in the
first place? I sure like how it looks, reminds me of the old surplus
stores on Radio Row. But why not just Mk ! Mod 0 black/gray paint? There
is a war on you know....
