[ARC5] BC-230 shock mount height?

What is the height of the BC-230 shock mounts?

By that I mean the height from the bottom of the FT-100 mounting to the
bottom of the BC-230 snap-slide brackets.

My aluminium rack is nearing completion and I need to know how much
clearance to allow between the top of the BC-230 and the next shelf up in
case I'm ever able to fit the FT-100 unit.

How rare is the FT-100? Are shock mounts available anywhere? Is it
feasible, if the FT-100 cannot be sourced, to fit just the 4 shock
mounts to a 3mm thick shelf?
