[ARC5] Possible attack via FireFox & Yahoo Groups

      I don't know about that program specifically but beware that there 
are anti-malware programs that are themselves malware.  Do some web 
research before downloading and installing them.
      Also be very careful of where you download freeware, some good 
programs are on sites that bundle it with malware.  Gimp, the freeware 
image editing program is an example.  Also be careful when installing 
any program because some will add programs if you don't tell them not to 
by unchecking something.  At the moment there are several programs that 
will highjack your browser.  Firefox seems to be particularly vulnerable 
to this.  You will find Bing or Yahoo showing up as your default search 
engine and be unable to change it.  Firefox is actually connecting to a 
site belonging to the malware and who knows what it is actually doing.
      Even very good anti-virus and security programs will not always 
stop malware because its disguised to look like a legitimate program.
