[ARC5] adventures in battery ops

Hi Mike,

I remember seeing and even touching those - once upon a time. I
understand they might still be available but at high co$t. I get
satisfaction from ~90 volt packs and the cost is modest. I am building a
regen around the 'battery' tubes (1T4) and I plan to use 45 volts B+
with that from a series stack of 9 volt batteries. The command receivers
are noticeably down on performance at 45 volts. Others have used even
lower voltages at B+ but they have to change some of the resistors and
eliminate the screen voltage divider. I am not interested in adding any
more modifications to any of my receivers.
