Ken,

Thanks for the excellent information lead.  Funny thing,  before he 
moved to NASA, I worked with Dan Flanagan for a number of years when we 
both were with the NEXRAD Radar program office (JSPO). I'll have to 
remember to mention the "book" to him when next we speak.
