[ARC5] 12VDC Inverter

FWIW, I have one of these little camp lanterns, uses a pair of 9 watt fluorescent "u" tube bulbs.  I believe they are standard 115 VAC however the base design with four in line pins is much different than those of the 9 watt bulbs of the same size and shape factor commonly available at HD and Lowes. Have not been able
to find replacements for one that has failed.
