It is custom made in my garage.  ;)  The round disc is a piece of rather 
thick PCB board, cut out with a hole-saw, with the copper layers 
removed, drilled for the pins using a template on a drill press.

The pins are made from brass rod, cut to length and filed to be more or 
less round on the ends.  I say "more or less" as I did it by eye with a 
file.
