[ARC5] SCR-183 and SCR-283 Coil Set Data

Thanks in part to some final cleanup data from Robert Downs, I have 
finally completed a first pass at cataloging the panoply of coil sets 
for this equipment.  I always thought the resulting data should also 
have been contained in the Component Interchangeability chart in the 
docs portion of my website, but for whatever reason, it twern't.  You 
can download the list, which contains frequency ranges and equipment 
that the coils were originally intended to support, at

to the aafradio.org/docs section and you'll find it listed there.  
Corrections gladly received as you find them...I'll keep the document up 
to date as time goes on.
