[ARC5] CW and Mic plugs

[WA5CAB--- via ARC5]

They look physically like the ones supplied with crystal sets and are 
probably as undomfortable.  But the latter are high impedance, so as not to load 
down the detector too much.  The HS-16 and HS-16-A are 520 ohm impedance.
