[ARC5] CW and Mic plugs

Note that although it was sometimes used for the CW key, the PL-55 and 
equivalent is more commonly known to most as being for headsets and other audio 
components.  Some sets (TCS for example) use PL-68 (TCS actually used 
NT-49007-A).
