[ARC5] Prototype?

Looks like a BC-950 to me.  The rear power plugs is I think the small one.

One thing that I find strange is the legend engraved above the left UHF 
connector.  I'm pretty sure that the couple of T-23's I had that were converted 
BC-950's didn't say that.
