[ARC5] WTB: Rectifier Tube Type 15R

Yes. It is designed to recharge the filter cap (actually more like energy
storage) pretty quickly after a pulse. Look at the specs for a 15E... 
either 2 or 4 are used in the associated Ring Oscillator.
