[ARC5] WTB: Rectifier Tube Type 15R

The high filament power to plate dissipation rating is a given for a high
pulse power tube.  You can get up to 80mA peak per watt of filament power
from a thoriated tungsten filament.  So 23W of filament translates to 1.85A
max of brief cathode pulse.  Pretty incredible for such a tiny tube.
