I've mentioned this on the list in the dim past - I have an "E" version of
the BC-454: BC-454-E, mfd. by W.E., s/n 142556. It has an MFP date of 5/45.
The only physical difference is the Mixer wire lead aluminum support has the
wired connection in a different place...Bill KA3AIS
